72 hours Notice
Please provide at least 72 hours notice for last minute changes (ie. number of guests). This helps us ensure accurate staff and food availability for your event to happen seamlessly. If your event has 50+ guests, please provide us with 1week notice for any changes.
Cancellations
We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Complete cancellations within 3 business days of your event will have no charges. Cancellations less than 3 business days will incur the following charges:

3 business days before event - No Charges
2 business days before event - 25%
1 business day before event - 50%
<24 hours notice - 100%
Missing or Broken Items
Any missing/broken equipment, decorations or linens will be charged at the current replacement cost. Should equipment be moved from the original catered location, it is the customer’s responsibility to return it to the catering kitchen within 24 hours.
Additional Charges
Contact your site catering coordinator for your units’ specific charge. Extra charges for linens, china, disposables, and servers/labour may apply depending on your catering needs.
